Being a Diamond, Platinum or God Medallion member of Delta Air SkyMiles program just got a little better. You can now request an upgrade on either an award ticket or a "pay with miles" ticket. It's already happening for people who have these types of tickets. In addition, Delta is rolling out many other enhancements this fall and into early 2011.
